After successful studies in a famous hostelry school in France and strong experiences such as: Beach Comber in Mauritius, London, Paris Trocadero, Costa Rica San Jose as a Food and Beverages manager, he decided to finally establish himself creating Taboo. He found the perfect location in Playa Langosta to drop his luggage with his family: his costarician wife, Lourdes as a manager and their little Ana-Lexia, already an experienced gourmet. Taboo offer a mix of Californians flavours French “savoir faire” and local tico products. A creative cuisine with a menu on the black board changing daily according to the available products: “if there is lobster, it’s catch of the day”.
